OUR EVENTS ON PIER 39

Join us for our second annual MENAGERIE Holiday Market!

Pier 39 has come alive with magical events this past year. Even bigger than last year, 30 NW makers will be gathered in and around the event space to share their wonderful creations with you. There will be hot cider, fresh popcorn and we’ll be texting winners of raffle prize drawings throughout—plus a fun wrapping station for you to make your purchases give-ready before leaving.

Admission is free and canned food items (or lice kits, socks, underwear & shoes) for Astor Elementary families very much appreciated. Mill Pond HOA is coordinating with us as members of Astoria Uppertown Business Association to deliver holiday donation goodness to the school. Pier 39 businesses will be ready to celebrate on the 4th, offering specials along with us. Visit: The Vineside, Hanthorn Crab Company, Mess Hall Market, Four Winds Canvas Works, yummy lus, Coffee Girl, Panache Hair, Rogue Ales, Astoria Scuba Adventure, Sue’s Awesome Crab Cakes, and don’t forget a historical tour through the Hanthorn Cannery Museum.

Just wait until you see the pier decorated as the North Pole. Lots of photo opps and vignettes to see. Downtown Astoria will be decorated and Santa is coming to their Holiday Bazaar on December 3rd. Great fun to explore all December long. There are also Love Locks to hang on the back deck of the pier, GALLERY On Pier 39 with two shows to see and—scope out if you have relatives or friends who are one of the hundreds to sign their names on the walls of the Cannery Memorial Hallway. The trolley will be running on weekends through December too and stops right at Pier 39. (More trolley fun to be announced coming Dec. 17th & 18th) What a magical time. We can’t wait!
